Staff - Villa Manager; chef; butlers/housekeepers; security; gardener; additional staff (babysitters, spa therapists) available on request for an additional charge.

Dining - A suggestion menu of Indonesian and international meals for lunch and dinner is provided; special requests and diets accommodated; groceries are charged at cost plus 20% handling fee which is subject to service and tax at the prevailing rate.

Communication - High-speed fibre-optic WiFi access throughout.

Entertainment - 80-inch projector screen with Sonos sound bar, Netflix, Smart TV; multi-zone Sonos with Spotify; Karaoke.

For Families - The villa has a lot of glass elements that may not make it suitable for toddlers. It is well suited for families with older children and young adults. A range of childrenu2019s items including high chairs, cots, toys, pool fence and pool floats can be hired on request.

Spa - Private spa room with two massage beds for couple spa treatments. An adjoining sauna and Nordic ice bath for an exceptionally therapeutic experience. Spa treatments can be arranged on request using visiting therapists (extra charge).

Gym - Fully equipped gym with a treadmill, weight training machines and dumbbells.

Transport - The Elite Concierge can organise a car and driver for day trips, or the Villa Manager can call one of Baliu2019s safe and reasonably priced metered taxis for shorter trips (on guest account).

Events - A custom-built event venue for hosting up to 75 guests with multiple event spaces. Please click here to view event guidelines.
